20′ X 20′ Valance top cover fits a 18′ X 20′ high peak – “A” shaped canopy frame. The “extra 2 feet” is needed in order to cover a high peak (also know as “A” shaped) frame. This valance top cover fits our Party canopy and Adventure Canopy among other manufacturer brands. Actual tarp that will be delivered is a 20′ x 20′. The two extra feet is required to compensate for the rise in peak. Sold as top cover only.
